You may use the Mason Aviation website for informational purposes. You agree not to misuse the website, attempt to interfere with its normal operation, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

Flight training, discovery flights, aircraft rental, and other services offered by Mason Aviation are subject to scheduling availability, aircraft availability, weather conditions, instructor availability, and all applicable FAA regulations.

Discovery Flights are offered subject to availability and may be rescheduled at any time due to weather, maintenance, safety concerns, or other operational requirements. Safety always takes priority over scheduling.

Payments, deposits, cancellations, and scheduling changes are governed by the policies communicated at the time of booking. Additional charges may apply for late cancellations or no-shows. Please contact us if you need to change or cancel a booking.

All flight operations conducted by Mason Aviation follow applicable Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) regulations and established aviation safety standards. Students and customers are expected to cooperate with all instructions related to safety.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mason Aviation is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or damages resulting from circumstances outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to weather, mechanical issues, air traffic restrictions, or acts of third parties.

Mason Aviation may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time as our business grows and our services evolve. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
